Atlantic Spa has two Beautiful steam rooms, one in each locker room. Guest that have treatments booked with the spa are welcome to use the steam rooms before and after their treatments, alternatively bookings can be made just for the steam room.

The Steam room is the perfect place to give yourself a full body exfoliation especially during winter, to get rid of all that dead skin cells, this in turn will ensure a nice even tan for the summer.

Here are a few important tips to remember whilst using a steam room

·         Do not stay in the steam room more than 15 min.

·         Make sure you drink plenty of water after you are done steaming.

·         Have a luke warm/ cool shower afterwards to cool down give your circulation an extra boost

·         Do not use a steam room if you have a flu.
